Open Burning

It shall be unlawful to allow open burning of agricultural waste, household trash or garbage.

Open burning of landscape waste is only permitted on Friday and Saturdays from sunrise to sunset.

No open burning or landscape waste shall be permitted on any street or roadway, nor within 25 feet of any structure
